Path system environment

Default Path system environment

when you look at "path" in system environment, you will see something like
this "c:\windows;c:\mysql"

i want to write a VBScript to add "c:\php" in this path of system
enivronment so that the path of system environment will look like this
"c:\windows;c:\mysql;c:\php"

how can i do that.?
