PC has started turning itself on!

hi there,

Anyone any ideas as to why this could be? i recently upgraded the memory and
had to reset the bios but it was running fine for about a week and now all of
a sudden over the past few days ive come in and my pc is on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
