PC Sequencer will not play through External Synthesizer

MIDI played in Software Sequencer on PC does not play
through Synthesizer's Speakers.
Playing Keys on Synthesizer does produce sound through
PC Speakers.
I have Studio XP Ensemble (IDD) & Quartz Audio Master
(DSP) as my software sequencers. I use Midisport 2x2
USB MIDI Interface.
MIDI In on PC is connected to MIDI Out on Synthesizer.
MIDI In on Synthesizer is connected to MIDI In on PC.
How can I have MIDI on my PC play through my
Synthesizer, & not my PC?
