PCHealth - HelpCTR - DataColl

Hi,

Every day I get another dozen or so files in

c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\datacoll

taking up around 25mb extra space.

I cannot figure out what on earth is causing this, I turned off System
Restore but they still appear. I even re-installed XP and SP1, no
change.

All of the files are .xml and the largest one seems to contain reference
to every single file on the HD.

Can anyone tell me what process could be doing this and how I can get it
to behave?
