PCi Express card blues

Vista build 5600 64 Bit/32 bit too- installs fine with one exception. My
Nvidia PNY 256 MB PCI Express card only runs in 4 bit color! Yet, with both
versions of Win XP 32 bit and 64 bit it works fine. I'm perplexed. In 'My
Computer' Vista tells me 'not enough resouces to run, device disbled, unable
to load drivers. Apparently Vista does not have the ability to assign
Motherboard resources very well. My PC is brand new outta the box. IF anyone
can PLEASE help. I've filled out a beta report. No reply from Microsoft. I
wrote in at the microsoft website. I received an email reply giving me a
number to call. I reached someone in India who demanded a number from my Beta
CD. I never ordered the CD for Vista, but downloaded it, although I could
have gotten a CD. The gentleman in India refused to let me talk to a Vista
technician and hung up. CAN anyone give me advice? I KNOW its not my hardware.
