PDA Notes - XP Outlook Notes not Synching

The "Notes" folder was already checked.
Compaq iPaq 3635 model. Notes is checked for
synchronization with XP PC.

The problem is when ActiveSync is trying to synchronize
the folder I get in the ActiveSync window an "Attention
required" message in the "Status" column and an
exclamation red mark next to the green synchronization
logo.

I then click on "Resolve items" and get the following
message "Items of one or more information types cannot be
synchronized. Disconnect and reconnect your device."

I disconnected and reconnected my device a 100 times, and
it still doesn't work..
