peer to peer workgroup not showing up in XP/My Network Places

We hava a small office set up with peer to peer
networking a mix of 2000, XP and other OS's conected
though a series of linksys routers and hubs.

All our 2000 machines and our older (6 months) XP
machines have no problem seeing the other workgroup
computers in My Network Places. We purchased 2 new XP
computers but neither can access the workgroup.

We can map network drives and share resources like
printers by using the format \\PrintServer\printer for
example.

Any help appreciated,
