Phone Dialer keeps trying to dial unprompted.

This is a new behaviour and I think it started when I
upgraded to ADSL.

I suspect that it's something to do with MS-Outlook but
dunno what to do next. All was working okay until
recently.

Outlook is set-up to check emails every three minutes by
using the LAN conection.

Has anyone any ideas please?
