| This is a very broad question. First, try to organize your photos in a way you can find them easily and display them in the order you want. If you name your photo files properly you can have both the location, date and brief description in the file name. See the site below on how to do this. As for camera data, this is now included in each photo file of all digital cameras. You just right click on the photo and then click on Properties.
