Photo Printing Wizard

Posted: 06-30-2003, 06:26 PM
Hello,

Is there an executable file for the Photo Printing
Wizard? I am trying to print .jpg and .tif files on my
system and it will not come up when I select all the
files or just even one of them. It only seems to come up
when I try to print off of a CD. The version I am using
here at the office is XP Professional, at home on XP Home
I do not have this problem.

With every attachment I open, the picture gets saved in
this photo printing wizard file. There are now over 800
pictures in this file. I'm sure this is taking up alot
of memory. How can I delete these?
Thank you

My Windows picture and fax viewer and/or Photo printing
wizard seems to save images from the internet. For
example, banner ads and stock charts I have looked at.
When I recieve a fax via Outlook Express and want to
pring it the image appears in Windows printer and Fax
Viewer, then I hit next next to print it but the Photo
printing wizard loads hundreds of images,(it takes about
15 seconds). Then it asks to check the items I want to
print and of course it is only the first image, the fax.
I have tried to select all and delete and have searched
for the folder these images may be in and can't find them
anywhere. Any Ideas to delete these images and stop them
being saved in the Photo wizard. Any information would
be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dave

I am not able to print any .jpg files. The wizard stops
and displays a message that says an internal error has
occured. This problem began yesterday.

Whenever I print a photo using the Photo Printing Wizard,
an error pops up "Not enough storage is available to
process this command" and it won't print. I have 4 GB
free, so I'm wondering how to fix this. Any suggestions?

When I try to print a digital photo that I've downloaded in My Pictures folder, the Photo Printing Wizard shows a bunch of lines in the print preview. I am unable to print a normal size photo let alone a 5x7 or any other size. I don't see anything odd in the settings either so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. My printer is a HP 932C series. A friend of mine sent some of his photos and they seem to be very large when I click on the attachment for viewing. Does this have anything to do with the sizing of the print?
Is anyone else having this problem?

There are over 500 "thumnail-view" photos/pictures that
come up when I use the photo printing wizard. I would
like to clear them from this wizard. Has anyone been
able to accomplish this? Thanks for your help!

I found the answer

Open a picture in Outlook using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

Right click on the picture and select Properties

While on the General Tap locate the line “Location”

In my case it reads

“C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\OLKE19”

Copy and past this line in the Start Run
(do not use this line above, but rather what yours says)

Close all open applications

Mark all files located in the folder listed in:”Location” and deleted
them

I had first tried to use Internet Explorers option to delete all
temporary internet files and this did not work, it does not delete
these temp files.
