| I am getting an error 1304 Error printing to file (lists directory) Verify you have access to that directory. Does anyone know how I can very the directory to complete the installation? The file is the "my music" file under the "all users" directory. The file exists and doesn't allow me to modify it or delete it. Thanks. | Guest

| I actually did all that, followed the directions to gain access to the all users files, and it is still giving me the same error. I am the only person on this account, so am I automatically an administrator?? "John Inzer" wrote: Quote:

I'm guessing you are the administrator. Did you try to install PhotoStory 3 from the net or did you download the complete file to your hard drive before installing? (It's best if you download the file before you install) If you want to take the time to read the following thread you might find something useful... http://www.windowsphotostory.com/For...sp?TOPIC_ID=64 Sorry...that's all I have on the subject. -- John Inzer Digital Media MVP Notice This is not tech support I am a volunteer Solutions that work for me may not work for you Proceed at your own risk | Guest

| I downloaded the MS Photo Story 3 a number of times and then did the normal MS authentication and started the installation process. At one point it always stops and when I tried it even in Safe Mode it said :"The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I am the only user of the hoe desktop computer and cannot imagine what they mean, since no Help screen is available to fix this. How do I successfully install Photo story?
