Right click the image and choose "Save Picture As".

Open My Computer. Your CD-ROM drive will be listed. Double click on it to
open it and to see the file names or thumbnails of the photos. Double click
on the first photo. It will open on your screen. Look below the photo and
you will see two blue buttons to click on to see the next picture or go back
one picture. Also, you will see a little screen icon. Click on it and a
slide show of your pictures will start. To stop the slide show, press the
Esc key.

If you want to see the pictures with Picture It. Start this program. Click
on File, Open. You then navigate to your CD-ROM drive and click on the photo
you want to open for editing.

make sure the images are saved as .jpg or .jpeg
Picture It has alot of options and the default format
won't work.

I did a complete system recovery on my PC. I thought I made a copy of all my
pictures but I didn't.
Is there any way to get them back? Or is that just wishful thinking???
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
Thanks!

How about searching your hard drive for them?
They may still be there but you simply do not know where they are.
Click on Start, click on Search.
In the textbox, All or part...., type exactly this:
*.jpg
and click on Search.
This will return thumbnails of all picture files on your hard drive. If you
see the thumbnails of the pictures you are looking for, right click on it
and then click on Open the containing folder on the opening menu.

If this does not work, post again but you need to tell us what is a
"complete system recovery". Some software is available to recover deleted
files and depending on what you did we can then try to help.

If you are talking about using the disk that came with your pc and did a
format and install, then they are gone, but if you just restored windows
they are still their.
