Pictures Dark

Posted: 01-29-2004, 04:21 PM
When loading my pictures from my cam or recieving pictures from another e-mail friend all the pictures are dark. I have the brightness setting turned all the way up on my monitor but still dark. Everything is is fine, just pictures are dark and I have to brighten them through another photo editor. When I do that so I can see them and try to email them to a friend they are too bright for them to see. Can anyone help me.

If pictures you edit for brightness on your
monitor are too bright on other monitors...
maybe your monitor has a problem.

How to the images look when you print them?
(before and after editing?)

when I load the pictures or recieve a picture from an email they are dark. but if I send the same picture untouched to another computer the picture is perfect. But on mine I have to edit them when I do and send that picture thats been edited to another computer the picture is too bright for them to see.

Also when I try to print them they are dark unless I brighten them up then they look bad. fuzzy. The settings on my montior are turned all the way up. If I turn it down then everything on my monitor gets darker.

Apparently you have a problem with your monitor.

The printing problem could be due to low resolution
images or an outdated printer driver.
