Can you help this OP out on this.If yes then I will ping you at the Omisc group with
the info

I have recently moved to spain and taken telefonica in English broadband.
Trying to get them to understand that I need the outgoing server (SMTP)
details from them to send emails from ta new domain name I have purchased
from namesco is a nightmare - forget the Englishpart of Telefonica - they
don't want to know once you have signed up and paid for the broadband service!
Can anyone let me have this information or tell me where I can get it from
someone that speaks English/?

They have a nick name here for Telefonica: "Timofonica". "Timo" means
scam. I won't have anything to do with them. That said, he probably just
needs to set up his email program with "my outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication" under accounts/Internet Mail settings where he
should put in the user name and password for his domain.
