I can see no urgent reason to crop these
image files. Personally...I would send them
to relatives as they are. You can print them
in Windows XP and the templates will auto-
crop the images if necessary. And if you
take the CD to a professional printer...
their software will do the same.

No.

If you print an image and someone's head is
removed...pre-cropping would certainly be required...
otherwise I wouldn't be concerned over the issue.
Just choose the size you wish to print and the
WinXP Printing Wizard will auto-crop the image
to fit...the preview will show you the finished crop.
Anyway...if you feel that cropping is required,
the free software at the following link has a
good crop tool.
