Pinnacle pctv stereo Hardware error

I am currently using windows vista beat 2
with a system spec of
P4 3.0ghz
Intel Orgianl m/b
1Gbram
160gb HDD
creative Xfi soundcard
and pinaacle pctv stereo

yesterday i installed pctv stereo application and it was working properly
but today its showing an error ... also when i open MCE it shows TV Tunercard
hardware not found, here is the link of the screen shot of the error could
anyone please help me i am very in need of this
