Placing basic Title in Upper LEFT HAND CORNER

I would appreciate if if someone could advise me as to how I can place a two
line TITLE in the upper left hand corner.
I am using WMM, version 2.1, and am using MS XP operating system.
Since I do not have VISTA, I believe there is not as much flexibility in
having more control over WHERE I can place titles.
Am I correct?
Also, are there any third party software products that would give me more
Titles capability.
And finally, how would I place an laready designed "logo" to place on the
screen....?
