Playback MSWMM in Dell Media Experience or Windows Media Player

After I make my movie and it is saved with the MSWMM extension it appears in
My Video folder but is not present in the folder to view or play in Dell
Experience. When I try to view the movie in Windows Media Player it says the
file extension is not compatible.
MSWMM is the only optional extension when I save the movie in Movie Maker?
How are you supposed to view the movie and why does it save to My Video
folder automatically yet does not show up in the Dell Experience?
