Please help (DRIVER_IRQ_LESS_OR_NOT EQUAL)

I am getting this error whenever I hotsync my Sony Clie
with my desktop computer via the USB port. (It does not
happen all the time. Usually every other hotsync)

I have not clue why this is doing this.

It's a bad driver. Contact Sony for either new software
or a device driver for your hotsync software.
