Please help! I can't print anything off the Internet!!

A couple of months ago my computer decided one day that
it wasn't going to let me print an article off the
Internet and I got this error message:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line: 93
Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res//C:\WINDOWS\System32/shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

And no matter whether I click yes or no, i can't print a
single thing yet i can still prints things off my
hardrive!!

I've looked at the error log and it read as this:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106,
faulting module printui.dll, version 5.1.2600.1106, fault
address 0x000040f8.

Can anybody help me as it's a real pain not being able to
print off the net!!!
