please help! very big issue

you know how vista asks your permission to run apps and stuff that have
never ran before and stuff?
how the F*** do i turn that off? its really starting to bug the hell outa
me.
this one app seem to be asking me for permission over and over again to run
every 3 seconds.

WinKey+R type msconfig OK then goto Tools > Disable UAP launch OK restart.
