plz help me i'm getting big truble with my screen

when i start a game i'm getting a massage from my screen
saying : "OVER RANGE"
i think it's happend because the program is activeted in
full screen
even my screen saver dont work :\

when i take a screen shot and post it i can see what i
cant see (hmmm) help plz
by the way i have directX9
and nvidia card FX5200
