Pocket PC Not Recognized

I am unable to get Vista to recognize my Pocket PC (UTStarcom 6700). When I
plug it in, it asks for a device driver (which I do not have). I tried going
into the list of drivers in Vista and picking Windows Mobile, but that did
not work. So now I am stuck with an unknown device in Device Manager -
PocketPC USB Sync. Any ideas?

I have the ppc6700 and the driver seems to install fine... although I
occasionally need to try a different usb port.

An update should be available for Windows Vista that will enable support
with Pocket PC and Windows Mobile based devices.

Andre, he shouldn't have need the update to get it to at least connect. my
6700 Pocket PC phone always connected. Just couldn't sync with Outlook which
is what the update does.

Unfortunately, after installing the update, I always get an exception thrown
when attempting to run it on the 64 bit version.
