Power failure - cannot connect to the internet

Hello,
need some help please...accessing the internet using a wireless connection
for a Dell Vista laptop was working fine until a power failure, I then lost
my internet connection through IE. I can ping to another computer and I can
see connection to the router. It tells me that I am connected to the internet
since I see the bytes transmitted but I cannot connect through IE. My
other computers are connecting fine to the internet. We have already turned
off/on our router.

Here is my ipconfig /all..I noticed that the Tunnel Adapter local area
connection 6 is media disconnected. How do i get this tunnel adapter
connected again ?
