PPP redirecting and ndiswan

Hello,

I need some help concerning windows drivers : I have to establish
dialog between 2 entities through the PPP protocol. This connection is
not through the serial port but through a serial PCI card for which I
have the API.

My question is : I don't know how to connect PPP to this API (I have to
make changes to the framing between upper (PPP) and lower levels (my
API)).
I suppose that it is a question of ndiswan but I don't know really how
to start programming this...
