PPTP / LP2P configuration

Hi,

I connect to the Internet using a cable modem (usb) and I try to configure
it on Vista.
I can't find how to configure my PPTP or LP2P VPN.
(I only succeed to configure PPPOE connections).
Can anyone please help or assist?
