press 'play all' and nothing happens

i press play all in the music task area on the left hand
side of the screen and nothing happens. it used 2 work
but does not any more. i have recently installed morpheus
and bullet proof soft spyware-adware remover version 8.2.
i have uninstalled morpheus but the problem is still
there. can any one please help!
