The Toler/Townsend Band is the new musical venture of some legendary players
and artists. Members include virtuoso guitarist "Dangerous" Dan Toler,
fomerly of the Allman Brothers Band, Dickey Betts Great Southern and Gregg
Allman and Friends; Johnny Townsend, the blockbuster voice of the
Sanford/Townsend band and their monster hit "Smoke From A Distant Fire";
John McKnight, the most recorded session drummer in Atlanta; Matt Zeiner on
B-3 and piano, from Dickey Betts' Great Southern and D.C.'s own Avon Lucas,
the baddest bass player on the planet.
