Print cartridge cradle

When I try printing, I get a message that says, "The print cartridge cradle cannot move." It says to look for a paper jam, but I can't find anything. The last time it printed successfully, it made a funny noise when it was done. I'm not sure if something broke, or what?

It sounds like the print head is stuck. This is a job for a printer
technician at your local PC repair store..... ensure you ask for an estimate
first. It's probably more economical to purchase a new printer if yours is
out of its guarantee period.
