Print from print driver properties

Anyone no if I can print from the driver properties page in win 98? I've
done it in NT/W2k but the 98 ddk doesn't seem to allow for it. In the others
I use StartDocPrinter(),StartPagePrinter().. etc to print raw data. In 98
ddk, there are no prototypes for these. They seem to be used in the i386
library but I can't link them in. Anyone have a suggestion?
