Print Problem on Ports COM

Hi there! mi name is mariano, I´m from argentina.

I got a problem with serial printers. (Bematech MP2100 TH), with serverals
pcs. All with the same motherboard: ENDAT-3400M.

From one day to other, the print stop working. The project go to the spool,
and then "desapear" from it, but no print. Without any error.

I try changin the port (the mother have 5 com ports), reinstaling the driver
(the printer work in "generic / text only" driver of windows XP). An try
putting the printer´s original driver too.

I change the port settings (like bits per second, etc etc) and didn´t work.

Yesterday i have the same problem, the pc stop printing, I put a new printer
in same port, and it didn´t print too.

I try uninstall the com ports and detect it again so windows xp reinstal the
drivers.

I don´t know what to do. Any suggestion?
