Printer font sizes

I recently installed Windows XP Home, including faster
processor and more memory, previously had Windows 98 SE.
My printer is and was an HP Deskjet 930C.

Printed matter from Word, Excel and Output Express now
comes smaller by about 25%.

The printer driver was installed from exactly the same
software in standard form. The printer hardware was not
changed.

Any reason for the change? How can I increase the size of
the printed font?
