Printer listed but non functioning

In build 5384, my HP 2575 AIO printer would not load/work at all, I had to
load the print drivers for the 990C just to use the print option. 5472 lists
the printer in the 'Printers' section but it doesn't work. What do I do to
get the printer to work?
