Default Printer Multiplies Document Pages by 3

Hello everyone!

I would really appreciate your help with the following problem that came-up
yesterday on my printer:

When I try to print a document and I check on the printer queue-line window
the number of pages appearing under the heading "Pages" is a multiple of 3,
that means that if the document has 1 page under the heading "Pages" the view
is "3/1", or of the document has 14 pages the view is "42/14". The printer
really prints the actual number of pages, so in the first case it prints 1
page, or 14 pages in the second case. The issue is if there are a lot of
pages(even in the case of 14 pages) it does not print at all, due to the fact
that by multiplying the actual number by 3, it also increases the document
Bytes. So, for example, for the 14 page word document of 286KB, it reades
1,06MB. That drives my physical memory at 90-95%, and the result is that the
document does not print.

I have uninstalled the HP software and installed again, but the same thing
continues. I believe that it has to do with Windows settings. Any suggestions
please?

Thank you very much in advance!
