If you have Norton Antivirus installed, this sometimes causes a problem withthe Limited Users account....
Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes.
Right click on your Printer and select Properties.
In the Advanced tab, change it from Spool print documents so program
finishes quicker... to:
Print Directly to the Printer.
