Printer only prints magenta... HELP!!!

I did try HP's Help Center - Remote Assistance. I was
told to clean the cartridge with a soft, lint-free
cloth. Uhh, that didn't help.

Navigate to Control Panel Printers and Faxes. Highlight the printer. Click
on Properties and look for:
Settings, Settings and Maintenance, Maintenance Tab, Clean Print Cartridge
button; to begin the cleaning.

If this procedure does not solve the problem. the printer might need
servicing.
Let us know.

Well, I've tried the cleaning route four times and I
still only get magenta out of the new and old
cartridges. I guess it's time for the old bat to go to
the printer doctor.
