printer problem.,

recently bought an hp psc 2110 all in one.. and after
installing it? I cant seem to print out all my photos or
documents . my pc shuts down and I am getting the "blue"
screen.. the message says my psc isnt connected when it
is?? there is obvioulsy a driver problem but I dont know
how to fix it.. have tried to call hp but Iam not getting
anywhere with their tech.?? i seem to know about as much
as they do...
