Cool.. thats how I have my printer set too.. the graet thing abiut it is
that if I just print one page, I get the first and last together, and if I
print multiple pages, they come out in read order once the print job has
finished.. way to go..

PRINTER PROBLEM

Many software programs and/or print drivers have the
ability to change this setting specifically.

The first place to look is in the print dialog of the
program you are using for a check box titled "reverse
print order" that is often located by or near one
for "collate".

OR Follow start menu> printers and faxes. Right click on
the desired printer and choose properties. Search these
driver property pages for a setting similar to "reverse
print order". This can also be found by choosing print
preferences from the orint dialog.

Check the spaces around the print head carriage to assure that nothing is
blocking its movement. Check the paper path for obstacles such as bits of
paper or the pet gerbil you have not been able to find. Locate the carriage
motor and assure that nothing is impeding the rotation of the shaft and
attached gears. Check the drive belt or string and assure it is not broken
or detached.

Failing any home-repairable problem, I think the printer will need servicing
or replacing.
