Printer Problem with multiple copies of adobe

I downloaded a page of hearts for my kids to color. I cannot print more than
1 copy at a time without getting the following message. "This printer cannot
support this many copies. Number of copies will be reset to printer maximum
of one."
My printer is an HP Officejet 7310xi. The computer is a brand new Acer with
Windows Vista on it. I do have it Networked and can print from my other
computers any coloring pages that I have saved to adobe file; just not this
computer/same printer!
I'm totally lost.
I need some help please. I am also autistic and need simple one step at a
time kind of directions. I promise to follow all steps in order
