Printer will only work in Admin Account

I forgot to mention when the printer won't work I get the followin
error:

"AIO.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and MS wants t
sent an error report.

Also, the problem is the printer will not COPY or SCAN in the limite
user accounts, it will print. I didn't state this properly.

Again, I would appreciate any help.
