Printers dissappear in Windows XP intermittently

I have 2 people that have had their Network Printers
(that were installed properly with the correct drivers)
dissappear on them. This has only happened once on each
user, however this issue may appear on multitudes within
my company.

Please assist with any ideas that could lead to a
permanent resolution.
