Printing error spoolsv.exe module ntdll

Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.1.2600.2696, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00011e5a.

The error pop up on the screen states The instruction at "0x77e76832"
referenced memory at "0x0fdaffd0." The memory could not be read.

The Dr. Watson log shows App:C:\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe (pid 1412)
Exception number 80000007

This is a windows xp sp 2 pro machine.
