Printing from Win XP to dot matrix printer

So that you have the full skinny...we have a Novell 5.1 network and use
Win98SE and WinXP Pro workstations on the network; we use both IPX and IP on
our network. We have a dot matrix printer that prints labels and invoices
fine when printed from Win98SE, but from WinXP it shifts the print of the
labels and invoices upwards on each subsequent printing so that eventually it
begins printing in the middle of the invoice or label. The printer company
says to use the driver that came with XP and offers no updates, and Microsoft
says that Each machine prints these labela and invoices from Access2000 and
Word2000, but to reiterate only the WinXP Pro PCs experience an issue.
