Printing from XP-based to shared printer on a W2K-based

I have a client who cannot print from an XP-based
computer to a shared printer on a W2K-based computer.
They have several other computers also printing to this
shared printer. This PC is the only 1 with XP on it.
How can I solve this printing issue with my client.

Can the XP PC 'see' the W2K PC? Is the User Name of the XP PC added as a
User Account on the W2K PC?
