And Subject are correct Fonts) All other print projects

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer and all settings are controlled
from within the parent applications.

Close Outlook Express. Open ONE instance of Internet Explorer. From the
Toolbar, select View, Text Size.... and set it to a smaller size.

You should perhaps email them and let them know for future callers!

All other programs are working fine.
This is the error I get when trying to print.

Url res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Anybody familiar with this problem?
Please help.

Thanks

That error message probably says something about a script error with a
reference to a line number; if so, could you post the line number it's
complaining about please?

I have the same problem and message. It's line #1344, unspecified error.

Try the following for the "1344" error:

Removal of certain items will remove some registry keys.

Solution:
From a Win2000 or WinXP machine, export these keys from the registry and
import on the machine with the print problem/script error. These work on
both 2000 and WinXP.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000320-0000-0000-C000-
000000000046}]
@="PSFactoryBuffer"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000320-0000-0000-C000-
000000000046}\InprocServer32]
@="C:\\WINNT\\system32\\ole32.dll"
"ThreadingModel"="Both"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0C733A30-2A1C-11CE-ADE5-
00AA0044773D}]
@="ISequentialStream"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0C733A30-2A1C-11CE-ADE5-
00AA0044773D}\NumMethods]
@="5"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0C733A30-2A1C-11CE-ADE5-
00AA0044773D}\ProxyStubClsid32]
@="{00000320-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000000c-0000-0000-C000-
000000000046}]
@="IStream"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000000c-0000-0000-C000-
000000000046}\NumMethods]
@="14"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{0000000c-0000-0000-C000-
000000000046}\ProxyStubClsid32]
@="{00000320-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}"

I have not experienced the problem, nor have I tried this solution, however,
it has worked well for a number of folks.

Re: Printing in Outlook Express

My problem a bit deeper. I ran a program called PC Rescue and therafter an
email that arrived in Outlook Express would nlot print off I had to copy and
paste into Word. In Internet Explorer I cannot prinbt a web page or if I
click onto a link nothing happens. ( I am on my laptop now). I can print as
normal all other software Word" , Adobe etc.,

Took off and re-installed printer drivers, did a registry check, but still
no joy. Tried replacing Outlook Express and Internet Explorer but Windows
refused to proceed saying it was already present

Guess I will have to re-format and re-install full system which is XP Home
Edition.
