Printing labels with Works DB

I am unable to view before printinf multiple pages of
labels while trying to mail merge from a Works Database.
I get the labels all ready using Field Insert and and am
unable to select or scrol through the other two pages as
the database has 64 records and I can only verify 30.
When I select Print View it shows page 1 but am unable to
select other pages. I select the Multiple Pages icon on
the view screen but have not had any thing happen from
that selection. What is the Multiple Page for? I have
talked to the computer manufacturer and they say they do
not getint software problems, it is a Gateway 500 series
and I am running in Windows XP. Thank you.
