Printing Notification Box

after a print job has gone through, a confirmation
messenger service box appears. i do not want this to
appear every single time i print something. how can i
deactivate it?

Open Printers and Faxes, click File, Server Properties and select the
Advanced tab. Remove the check marks beside "Show information
notifications...".

If the printer is a "Network Printer", you may have to make this change on
the computer that the printer is shared from (i.e. the Print Server).
