Printing one line only

I'm back with another printing problem.
I need to use an old fashioned needle printer like a Seikosha SP 2400. My
application logs on the printer certain events. The problem is that the
logged events are visible on the printer only when the print page is full.
that means the if the page is 66 lines long, the first 66 events will be
printed and ready only when the 67th has been buffered. This same application
worked fine under W98SE, can somebody lend me an helping hand ?
