printing remotely on XP pro HELP!!! TIA

i am familar with printing redirect from terminal services and have been
fairly sucessful. but when i try to print, while logged on to a win xp
workstation remotely, i have no luck. i see a ts port in printer ports, but
it never seems to work. are there any good websites or info to help

Is the printer a USB printer?

Take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302361 to see if
this describes your issue...

no it is a hp 4050
