Hi
I have a user with XP Pro. She has 2 printers installed, a
Canon Z90 Color Printer and a HP LJ 2200. When she turns
the pc on she can only use the first printer she prints
to, and has to reboot to use the other printer. When she
try and print to the second printer it gives a message:
Page failed to print, would you like to view the Print
troubleshooter for assistance.
I have even reloaded Windows on this pc and it is still
doing the same. When I log on as someone else, I get the
same problem so it is not a logon problem. Both printers
are network printers, The Canon has its own server and the
HP printer is on a print server with a JetDirect and IP.
Can anyone help?
